What to expect before, during and after
Quotes & Walkthroughs
Remote quote requests using photos, property details, room counts, square footage and requested services may generally be provided without charge. Certain in-person walkthroughs or longer-distance visits may require a $50 deposit/travel commitment, which reserves company time, helps cover travel/site-evaluation time, confirms a serious project inquiry, and may be credited toward the final job when you proceed.
Supplies
We generally bring cleaning chemicals, vacuum, mop, cleaning tools and standard supplies. Specialty, fragrance-free or customer-preferred products can be discussed in advance — if we must purchase special products, the cost may be reflected in the quote. Please provide a toilet brush for each bathroom so toilet-cleaning tools are not transferred between homes. Commercial customers may provide trash liners, paper goods and consumables, or have them included in the contract price.
Access
You don't always have to be home. Accepted arrangements may include customer present, key access, lockbox, entry code or an agreed commercial access arrangement. Access terms are agreed beforehand.
Pets
We love animals! Please secure pets where practical while the crew is cleaning — it lets us move vacuums, mops, supplies and equipment safely and keeps pet hair and paw traffic off freshly cleaned areas.
Payment & Deposits
Accepted payment methods may include cash, major debit/credit cards through Square, Venmo, PayPal and Chime. Deposits may be required depending on the job. Final payment timing is determined by the agreement/contract for the specific project.
Cancellations
Once a job or walkthrough has been approved and company time/travel has been committed, applicable agreed service/travel/cancellation charges may still apply if access is unavailable or the appointment is cancelled. Please refer to your signed terms/contract for complete cancellation terms.
If Something Was Missed
If something is genuinely missed, contact us. S.S. Cleaning Solutions will evaluate the issue and work toward a reasonable correction on a case-by-case basis.
Your Property
If a concern involving customer property occurs, S.S. Cleaning Solutions will review the circumstances and work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution.
Photos & Documentation
We may take before-and-after photos for job documentation, quality verification and showing progress. Public use of customer-property photos occurs only with permission and appropriate privacy editing.
